1. Get in touch: Following your booking, you’ll complete a pre-consultation form to help me gather a bit of information about you and make an initial treatment plan.
2. Consultation: We’ll start our first session with an in-depth discussion about any current issues, medical history and lifestyle to determine the best treatment plan for you.
3. Treatment: The hands-on portion of the session will be guided by what we discover in the consultation. Each client is unique and their treatment needs to be too, so I pull from a range of techniques to cater the session to your needs.
4. Next steps: I'll support you in how to continue the work we do together from your own home, through a realistic and easy-to-implement selection of strengthening, self-massage, stretching and recovery exercises.

Massage from your home
For any number of reasons, you might prefer to have a massage treatment from the comfort of your own home. I offer mobile massage and yoga services in Frome and surrounding areas (within 15 miles).
Available at-home packages
Massage only
Choose from a 60 min, 90 min or 120 min massage treatment.
MAssage & Yoga combo
Choose any variation of 1-2-1 yoga practice followed by massage treatment, with a maximum duration of 2hrs, ie 30min yoga practice followed by 90 min massage.
