I’ve spent the past decade exploring the many ways movement, breath, and touch can help us feel more at home in our bodies. My journey began as a professional dancer, where I discovered the joy and freedom that physical expression can bring. From there, yoga and mindfulness gave me a way to share that love of movement with others—inviting stillness, curiosity, and a deeper connection to self. Massage therapy now completes the circle for me: a hands-on way to support people in easing tension, finding balance, and feeling more comfortable in their own skin.

Whether you’re moving with ease or working with restrictions, these practices are about meeting you where you are. Together we can explore what might be holding you back and find simple, practical ways to move forward—literally and figuratively. My aim is always to create a safe, relaxed space where you feel supported, while also giving you tools to take into everyday life.

I offer massage, yoga, and mindfulness sessions here in Frome, Somerset, and the surrounding areas—and I’d love to welcome you.

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Remedial Therapy from the London School of Sports Massage and am accredited by The Institute for Soft Tissue Remedial Therapists (ISRM). I’m also a certified 500-hour yoga teacher through the Sadhana Yoga School, and Breathe Body Earth Yoga School, and hold both Postgraduate and Undergraduate Degrees in Contemporary Dance & Performance.
