About me
Over the past few years, I've trained and worked as a bodywork practitioner, starting as a professional dancer, then transitioning into facilitating yoga and mindfulness, and now offering massage therapy as well. My background in dance gave me a deep love for movement and an appreciation of the joy that physical expression brings. Yoga allowed me to refine that love into something I could share with others, blending movement with meditation to help people connect more deeply with themselves. Massage therapy has completed this journey, providing me with a way to support individuals in exploring and overcoming the barriers they face within their bodies.
The practices I offer are all designed to promote better movement quality and a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. Whether someone has full mobility, limited range, or is experiencing restrictions, there are ways to improve functionality and integrate these changes into everyday life. I work closely with individuals to identify and explore what’s holding them back and find practical ways to move forward.
I currently offer Massage, Yoga, and Mindfulness services in Frome, Somerset, and the surrounding areas.
I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Remedial Therapy from the London School of Sports Massage and am accredited by The Institute for Soft Tissue Remedial Therapists (ISRM). I am a certified 200-hour yoga teacher through the Sadhana Yoga School, and will soon be embarking on a further 300hr YTT with Breathe Body Earth Yoga School.

In these sessions, I create a calm, supportive space for you to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and escape the daily stressors that can easily overwhelm us. Whether you're looking to build a regular mindfulness practice or simply find a moment of peace, I’m here to guide you.
